  • Veenaa and David are wonderful and responsive hosts and are two wonderful people to get to know. We only interacted with them a few times, but each time was a pearl. The Peacock Studio is beautiful and healing in just about every way- the interior design, the land, and community Veenaa and David are building on it. When we left, we felt like we were leaving neighbors and friends we'd known for years.

Everyday we drove down to different parks, beaches, little towns, and every night we watched our favorite movies and cooked delicious dinners. Veenaa’s place not only provided us the peace and contentment we desperately needed, but it did much more - staying at Veenaa’s brought my family closer together and helped us create unforgettable memories!   • Wonderful place to stay in the Gualala area. Set amongst the Redwoods, it's just a short drive down to the town and ocean. The studio loft was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. Bedroom areas were thoughtfully separated at opposite ends of the studio. Great kitchen area with full size fridge. I had a healing session with Veenaa, which I also highly recommend. Amazing view of the night sky, if you are into stargazing : ). Would definitely stay there again!

  • Very clean, well maintained. Extra special, no toxic chemicals, natural building materials, natural environment. The owners Veenaa and David are attentive to health and the environment, use all natural cleaning supplies and even have their own COMPOSTING PROGRAM on the property. They are leaders and other resort owners should learn from them.

The space is much bigger than the pictures make it look, the smell of pines outside is just lovely, and it was a perfect place to disconnect for a weekend and tune into nature. I also highly recommend reaching out to Veenaa about psychic sessions with her. She is incredible and so intuitive! Truly one of the kindest Airbnb hosts I've ever met.

  • Such a special place and time we had. It was by far the best Abnb experience we've had in our 10+ years of being guests in Calif, HA and Mexico!!! It was spacious, warm, still, and nurturing. Perfectly appointed and loved the redwoods, pines and birdsongs that our studio was nestled in. An added unexpected benefit was the environmentally friendly products and organic teas, spices and more. Less than 10 minutes to town and beaches was a real plus. Veenaa exceeded our expectations as a host and looking forward to returning very soon!!

  • Quiet, tranquil spot in the trees. I stayed for three-nights in the Goddess Suite — perfect for someone (like me) who wanted a quiet, safe and serene place to practice meditation for several days. The space had a little “office” area where I practiced and set-up my altar. There is a lovely patio area where I could eat my breakfast and lunch—surrounded by pine trees! It actually feels like you are in the mountains! It’s only a short 7 min drive to the coast (where there is lovely hiking) or to town when I needed a few things from the store. Highly recommend for individuals or couples looking for quiet and peace in a wonderful place on the California Coastline. The energy here is very sweet.
