Relax in a Spacious and beautifully designed extra-large studio with an open-plan and feng shui touches the creates plenty of space to unwind.
The Queen’s Loft features two private sleeping areas—each with a king bed— set at opposite corners for privacy. One features an ornate frame and dual-control heated mattress pad; the other has peaceful redwood views.
Enjoy a cozy fireplace, open layout, and space to dance, read, or play games. The full kitchen is stocked for cooking, or you can dine at charming local restaurants nearby.
Outside, explore forest trails on our 5-acre property, soak in the natural serenity, or play mini golf and pétanque. Just a short drive to Gualala’s river, town, and stunning coastal beaches. Your luxurious home away from home—ideal for rest, play, and reconnecting with nature.

Perfect for solo travelers or couples who appreciate simple living, forest views, and quiet reflection. Just 30 yards across the driveway, you’ll have access to a shared bathhouse and our 8-person cedar soaking tub. A grounding escape to unwind, reconnect, and breathe deeply.

Sunshine Dorm
Peaceful Forest Stay for Families & Friends
A serene and simple space nestled in nature, the Sunshine Dorm sleeps up to 6 guests in comfy single beds—ideal for families or small groups of friends. Enjoy a basic kitchenette with a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster oven (note: no fridge or sink in the unit).
Guests have access to a shared bathhouse about 100 yards away, which includes two bathrooms, showers, and an 8-person cedar soaking tub. A communal sink is located just behind the bathhouse.
Relax or dine in one of the outdoor seating areas right outside the dorm or around the property. A peaceful, affordable forest getaway to connect, rest, and recharge.
