RETURN TO CENTER- Resource, Regulate and Restore in Chaotic Times
The world feels overwhelming right now.
In these uncertain times, our systems are overloaded.
Many of us find it hard to slow down and rest, longing for a place to land and restore.
This retreat is an invitation to pause. To resource. To regulate.
Through the gentle yet powerful practice of Biodanza we’ll create space to:
Calm the nervous system
Reconnect with ourselves and others
Restore a sense of balance and vitality
This weekend is an invitation to come home to the body, the heart, and community.
A call to presence, integration, allowing, softening, restoring.
Together we will create a safe container to unwind and regulate the nervous system with tenderness and trust.
To dance your way back to center, not alone but in a circle of care.
To reconnect to ourselves and each other, rediscover our center while being held in community.
We’ll cultivate a field of trust and care where the body can soften, the heart can open, and the self can begin to restore.
Whether you are new to Biodanza
or are already have a regular weekly practice,
you are warmly invited to step into this space of renewal,
with others who are also seeking grounding, connection,
and meaning in an embodied community.
